There are two levels of indoor living space and a large wrap-around deck.
First level:
Bedroom #1 King bed, TV, walk-in closet, work station, and deck access.
Private bathroom with Jetted tub and standing shower. Access to the deck that overlooks the mountain.
Bedroom #2: Queen bed and Smart TV.
Bedroom #3: Queen bed and Smart TV.
Second Level:
Features an open floor plan with dining and living areas and a fully equipped kitchen. One wall contains large windows looking out to the Mountains beyond. The living area has a gas fireplace for you to get cozy. On the deck, you will find log chairs and an outdoor grill.
Full size washer and dryer available for your convenience.
There is a fire pit behind the house where you can relax and roast marshmallows.
Parking: Open parking on the driveway.
***Driving and weather – IMPORTANT***:
The road and driveway are fairly steep, which is not at all unusual for homes in this area. The road is paved, and is not challenging under normal conditions, but it is not state maintained and may become impassable in severe winter weather such as ice or snow. Local residents often choose to park near the state maintained road and walk to their homes if winter weather is expected. The home is approximately a (steep) quarter mile from the state maintained road. The private road to the home may take a long time to be cleared, if it is cleared at all, following winter storms. A four wheel drive vehicle with traction aides (snow tires or chains), along with a driver who has significant experience driving on snow and ice, would be the absolute minimum recommended to navigate to and from the home in winter weather. Rock salt is available at the home for the parking area and steps if needed.
