The living room sports 1 leather sofa,1 leather sectional, 2 person bench and one recliner, so 11 can sit comfortably and visit or watch the big plasma TV, DVD Player and fireplace.
The attached screened in deck has a futon that can be used as a bed when weather permits. There’s also a fire ring in the back yard with plenty of seating, plus picnic tables and swing set, and open deck with a propane grill. Shaded front yard and spacious back yard are fun for everyone!
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials – 2 refrigerators, one with an ice maker/water dispenser, and a second refrigerator, perfect for fisherman and large groups. Electric oven/range, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, hand mixer, popcorn popper, dishes, glasses (wine, champagne, shot), pots, pans, silverware, utensils, bakeware.
4 bedrooms plus an alcove sleep up to 11 people in real beds! A queen size air mattress and a porta-crib are also provided. Two full baths, one with a walk-in tile shower with bench complete with wall heater, the other with tub/shower combo. Both baths have fans as well.
