Relax in our private vacation home! Our Rockaway Beach vacation rental has a partial ocean view and is just a few steps across the street to the sand! This house has been owned by our family for over 40 years. The ranch style house has been recently updated with a new kitchen, fresh carpet and paint, new sofa with recliners, and recently updated bath. The house is comfortable and well-maintained. We have a big living room with 2 couches and a large-screen TV which has Spectrum cable and the home now has WiFi. Enjoy the oceanview while eating at the large dining table. The house will comfortably hold 6 people. We have 2 bedrooms: each with a queen bed and a twin. We also have 2 twin roll-away beds in storage closets in the living room. The kitchen has been newly remodeled with a DISHWASHER, garbage disposal and real vent/fan over the stove! The house also has a laundry room with washer & dryer. The deck wraps around the front of the house, side and half the back. There is a Weber kettle BBQ. Rockaway Beach is a quick drive from Portland and a quiet town with ice cream & candy shops, restaurants, antique shops and a lake nearby to take your family trout fishing.

Great little place
This is a great location and excellent value. The bed I slept in was very comfortable which is the biggest thing for me.

Great little place
This is a great location and excellent value. The bed I slept in was very comfortable which is the biggest thing for me. There is only one bathroom as listed which was okay for 4 people but if there would have been 6 would have been more challenging. Adding a 1/2 bath somewhere to this place would make it phenomenal!
