* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ’s are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
*Parking: 4 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are located in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

You will enter into the 1st floor with the kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom 1 with a queen bed and a TV. There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway that can be entered through the kitchen or the bedroom.
On the second floor is the master bedroom 2 with a king bed, a twin trundle bed, a grand master bathroom with an amazing custom built shower, TV and fireplace. Bedroom 3 has bunk beds with a total of 4 twins. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed and a TV. There is a full shared bathroom in the hallway.
