This completely renovated two story cottage has 4 rooms. It features original wide “pumpkin” pine floor boards, exposed beams and a narrow staircase, yet has all the modern amenities. The living room, eat in kitchen, 1/2 bath and laundry with washer and dryer are on the first floor. On the second floor are the master bedroom with a queen bed and the second bedroom with two twin beds plus a full bath. This cozy home comfortably sleeps 4. The brand new kitchen has a stainless steel stove, full sized refrigerator, and dishwasher. The house is fully air conditioned. There is a 42″ flat screen TV, with cable and wifi. All bed linens and towels are provided as well as all cooking and eating utensils, coffee, tea, sugar, cream and salt and pepper. There are two+ parking spaces.
