Snorkeling and protected ocean swimming is a short distance away at a nearby lava rock enclosed swimming area. (We recommend swimming only at lifeguard protected areas.)
The unit is located on the narrow strip of land on the ocean side of the highway. Upscale resorts are within walking distance. Walk across the street to two shopping centers to enjoy coffee, grocery shopping and restaurants. There is an oceanfront restaurant just steps away from the unit
We invite up to 4 people to enjoy the convenience of a bottom floor, end-unit with no elevators, no lobby, no stairs. The unit is approximately 700 SF and is not comfortable for more than 4.

Yes, there are freely roaming roosters. We do have an assortment of beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, etc
