It now features 4 master suites, all with King size beds and the aforementioned views, and a library with a Queen-sized wall bed and its own full bath. Specifically, there are a total of 4 king sized beds, 1 queen sized wall bed, a full-sized sofa bed, as well as a sectional sofa that can be configured into a very large bed or two smaller beds. A queen sized AeroBed is also available, providing abundant sleeping options. The 5.5 baths are unprecedented in the area. There are three fire places, two of which are in bedrooms. The well-appointed kitchen opens to the living and dining area with walls of windows providing the same remarkable views. But the most attractive feature of this beautiful home is its 1000 square foot, bi-level, slate deck which can be used 24 hours a day to enjoy, meals, barbecues, hot tub, sunrises, sunsets and of course, stargazing. A very large game room offers Ping-Pong and Foosball tables. A perfect getaway for large families or groups.

All houses are non-smoking indoors.
This is a amazing property for family and friends to gather but it is NOT a party house! Amplified music is not allowed outdoors at vacation rentals in the County and there are cameras that monitor parking areas and decimal meters that alert us to excessive noise. Quiet time for this County is between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Groups that abuse these rules will be subject to immediate eviction and could be subject to large fines and potential legal action
