IMPORTANT: The Aquarius HOA sets guest limits based on city, county fire, safety, and occupancy ordinances.
Occupancy limit is 5 which includes newborns, babies, infants, and toddlers.
There are no exceptions to exceed the guest limit during your stay. Non-registered guests are not being allowed in the building or in the condo at this time.
Any violation to the guest limit, including building rules/regulations, you will be asked to leave. If asked to leave due to an infraction, you forfeit all rental fees and deposits paid, without refunds or credits.
SUMMER GUESTS: For your safety, and the safety of building occupants, all guests, age 10+ are required to wear a wristband upon arrival. The wristband is at no cost to you, unless lost. Any registered guest not wearing a wristband in the building, is required to purchase a replacement wristband at your cost

Lovely apartment!
We greatly enjoyed our stay at this beachfront property. The location was great, the apartment was comfortable and well stocked, and everything from making the reservation to checking in and out went smoothly. We highly recommend this property and hope to return next year!
