The Carriage House has all new windows and the exterior is a gray shake with white trim.
We look forward to begin hosting your stays again in February of 2023.
The Carriage House apartment is a spacious, charming, fully equipped family friendly home in the heart of New London’s beach community. The apartment is quiet, private, attractive and comfortable. Private beach, wide open views of Long Island Sound and on site parking. Your apartment has a private entrance and is located on the second floor above our detached two car garage.

Excellent!
Beautiful unit is a quiet and safe location. Dawn was helpful and responsive to all of our questions. Great spot for viewing a gorgeous sunrise with great restaurants and history to explore.

Fantastic property near the beach
This over-garage apartment was beautifully appointed and incredibly comfortable. Walk out the door and you are at the private beach in less than 2 minutes. Lovely water views from the living room. The host had so many thoughtful extras like beach towels and sand toys, water bottles in the refrigerator, etc. We wojle absolutely recommend.
