Relax in the newly renovated large screened-in porch- that is spacious enough to entertain in while watching the majestic wildlife (blue herons nest nearby and we often see bald eagles). Twin Lakes is known for its great fishing (a trophy lake) This lake (West Twin) has no public access, so it’s very quiet. The cottage can sleep 6 people comfortably. It has two bedrooms (1 queen and 2 twin beds), a queen pullout couch and a bathroom .There is a bright and airy open living room and dining area. Cuddle up on the comfy sofa cozy by the large fire place inside, or enjoy the fresh air toasting marshmallows in the fire- pit on a cool evening. Enjoy cooking your meals on a gas or charcoal grill, while savoring your meal in the sunshine on the large deck facing the lake. Not just a summer place
We just enjoyed a lovely Thanksgiving at the cottage on the lake. We had plenty of wood, great heat, incredible views and even a little snow. Spent a great Black Friday in Great Barrington, MA and a shop small Saturday at an artisan fair in Salisbury. too.

Great Lake house
We had a great stay, the house was clean and fully equipped with anything we needed. The area is great for hiking or shopping . Decently would recommend.
