The master suite has a walk in closet and a private deck. The first floor bedroom is handicap accessible, and also has a private deck. Every room in the house has wonderful views. Both houses feature period furnishings, a collection of antique quilts, laundry facilities and cable television.
Secluded but conveniently located, Knoll House is within minutes of the airport, historic Fairbanks, the University of Alaska Museum, riverboat rides on the Chena River, gold mining and the Alaska Oil Pipe Line.
Knoll House is adjacent to Fjell Blikk Hytte a custom build log lodge that sleeps 6 in three bedrooms with two baths. Fjell Blikk Hytte is available in the summer for large groups beyond the capacity of Knoll House. The houses rent separately.
