WIFi/Internet, bed linens, towels, beach chairs, beach towels, Pack N Play, stroller, high chair, YouTube TV, coffee and bottled water provided. Owner lives local to easily assist with any problems that may be encountered or to provide local advice. Owner’s wife makes sure that the house is properly prepared for travelers. Great week in Niantic, CT!
Great house all around. Easy walk to beach. Lots of other things to do within short driving distance. Finally got Mystic Pizza off the bucket list. Great place and reasonably priced by the way.

Very nice property!
This property had everything we needed! It was easy to stay with young children as they supplied a lot of the children necessities
