Back yard is fully fenced with private Dock deep enough to moor a boat. Spend time on the lake, Kayaking or Paddle boarding. Visit the local water park, sand dunes, or golf courses. This is truly a home away from home.
Note: The city of Moses Lake drains the lake partially during the winter months. Please be aware that the lake may be low during your stay between late fall to early spring. The lake typically starts lowering at the beginning of November and starts filling back up towards the beginning of April. These dates are not always guaranteed as the water runoff from the mountains determines when they start filling the lake. When the lake is full the depth of the lake at the end of the dock is about 4.5 feet deep. (Water toys and BBQ are available during spring and summer months).
