Fishing Season is happening now at the amazing Toad Lake, which has just been stocked with over 5,000 new rainbow trout. The fish can attract the bald eagles, who put on a great fishing show for our guests (look for the white heads in the trees). A newly stocked lake, will also increase your own chances of catching something special for dinner.
This is one of the best times of the year to be at Emerald Lake Chalet. There is lots of new life sprouting all around the property and the lake and all the critters are chittering and happy. You might see deer, raccoons, eagles, geese, ducks, etc., just to name a few.
Whether you like to stay inside or outside, there is always something to do at Emerald Lake Chalet PacMan the arcade game has arrived and it is sure to keep kids both big and small entertained. There are lots of kayaks and other water toys to enjoy just outside your door, or just sit back and relax on the patio..
This cozy home with vaulted ceilings has fantastic views of the lake and surrounding woods. You are minutes from Bellingham’s many restaurants, night life and family activities. This retreat is unique and comfortable, well kept in its amenities and conveniences without being fussy.
There are two queen beds, a second fireplace, some wood supplied, propane heat, cable, HDTV, CD player, BBQ, kitchen appliances, dishes, etc. washer/dryer, crib/playpen, All linens provided. WIfi and phone service available. No Smoking. No Pets.
The rental also provides use of a canoe, three adult kayaks, 1 kid’s kayak, pedal boat and the property’s dock for your relaxation and enjoyment. Swimming and lake fishing are right outside your door between May and October.
The $200 deposit will be released after your stay as long as the rental is returned in good condition.*
*This is not a party house. Extra guests and/or special events must be cleared with the Owner in writing or you may lose your damage deposit.

There is a self-contained unit called the Studio that sleeps two located below the Chalet. If you wish to rent out the whole house, the Studio can be rented at a small discount, depending on the time of year.
Emerald Lake Chalet is located on the top two floors of the Chalet. There are times when both Chalet and Studio are rented, especially during the summer months.
