The Blue Bungalow is a mid-century home, built in 1954, which enjoys the charm from this era with current updates and conveniences. The light, bright and airy family room overlooks the private, fully fenced, back yard with its large cedar trees. Comfort and cozy furnishings are found throughout this single story home.
Located in a quiet residential neighborhood on the South Hill, the home is close to parks, shopping and local amendities, and only minutes from downtown Spokane!
This home can accommodate up to 4 adults + one child (5 total). Please note that the bunk bed is for use by children only.

This is a single story home so no going up or down stairs or family members sleeping on different levels. There are two steps to enter into the home. This is a pet friendly, non smoking home.
The entire home and yard is yours to enjoy privately! Feel free to use the carport and/or to park additional vehicles on the driveway or the street. This home is a dedicated vacation home. It is professionally cleaned and maintained.
Up to two well behaved and potty trained dogs, at least one year old, are allowed with additional pet fee. If your doggy doesn’t meet these requirements, please send the host a note with a little bit of info and a special exception may be granted.
This is a non smoking home. Violators will be fined a $500 cleaning fee. No marijuana, paraphernalia or illegal drug use allowed on the property. Violators must leave property immediately with no refunds. Undisclosed guests or pets will be fined $100 per extra guest/pet/night.
Exterior cameras are on site for security and compliance.
LOCAL RESIDENTS must inquire with hostess about purpose for renting home and IDs for all guests are required. Instant Booking for local residents is not permitted without prior host approval. A prepaid security deposit of $1200 will be required prior to arrival.
