4×4/AWD/SUV or Cross Over Highly Recommended. NOTE – Winter (Dec. 1 – March 31) Due to winter conditions we are limiting rentals to those who trailer 4×4 ATVs, Side x Sides or snowmobiles. There is 1 mile of switch backs up to the cabin and snow/ice conditions make the cabin road unsafe for trucks and SUVs. We have a flat area at the base of the mountain to park a truck and utility trailer. The Potter County Snowmobile Club is less than 2 miles away. Local county roads are designated ATV/Snowmobile roads. Contact us if you have questions.
