The Cape House is warm and cozy, complete with tasteful up to date furnishings and a newly remodeled living room and kitchen with granite counter-tops and all new stainless steel appliances. Your whole family will enjoy the quality time playing in the salt water swimming pool which is open during summer months. There is a beautiful grape arbor and wild blackberries in the dunes along the front of the property to be enjoyed. Best of all, you’re just a short stroll (down Rock Lane) to a beautiful non-bulk headed (unobstructed), sandy beach.
Additionally, there is no public or on street parking and therefore the number of beachgoers is generally limited to only homeowners or rental guests. The beach is wide and there is lots of room to spread out as well.
