Cozy Loft for two with Hot Tub

Perfect for just one or two people, this newly built cabin/”tiny house”, handcrafted with beautiful wood details throughout, is great for couples! With just one loft bedroom, it is well equipped for the adventurous pair looking for a romantic getaway. Finished with copper (corona-proof) countertops and handrails, bright and airy with over eight windows, it is a gorgeous and relaxing place for an escape. Two outdoor areas provide plenty of options to sit and take in the expansive views. A hot tub on the patio and seating on the upper deck make for a great way to experience the beauty that surrounds this Vermont getaway.
Indoors, there is a mini-fireplace/stove to warm your body and soul after a great day skiing at one of five nearby ski resorts, or just hiking/snowshoeing around the nearby trials. Relax on the leather sofa, connect to the high speed fiber optic internet, watch a fun movie or just gaze at the fireplace flames. Although small, it has all the amenities of any large home, but at just 250 square feet, with the soapstone stove and heated bath floor, it literally radiates cozy intimacy.
And with copper counters, sink and handrails, the coronavirus can not live for more than a few hours on the most used surfaces. And located just under the deck, the 150 sq ft basement has plenty of room for storing your skis and a boot drying rack for after a great day of skiing. With a tuning bench, large deck and a hot tub on an oversize patio to soak in, you’ll be in perfect shape for your next day on the hill!
NOTE: 4WD vehicles with snow tires are HIGHLY recommended for winter travel in the area and on the driveway. Vermont does a great job plowing and sanding roads, but winter driving during a storm requires good snow tires.
Also, another home is over 200 feet away, yet still allows for a private and remote, socially distanced Vermont retreat. We ask that guests be courteous of others and not play loud music as sound can travel, especially at night.
Lastly, it is a tiny house, so it is small. Although we have designed this to maximize every square inch, so this is ideal for those who do not mind small rooms or a loft with stairs.
