A Word About Our Cleaning/Sanitizing Procedures
Keeping our guests and cleaning staff safe and healthy is of the utmost importance to us. To that end we have put in place a one-day buffer period between guests which allows for time to make sure that we thoroughly clean and prepare each unit.
Our cleaners wear masks and disposable gloves while working on our properties. Gloves and are thrown away after each cleaning. Our one day buffer will expire on Sept. 1 2021. The CDC stated that Covid is not transmitted this way in March 2021.
Weather permitting, rooms are aired and ventilated after each cleaning.
High-touch surfaces like tables, hard-backed chairs. Doorknobs, handrails, light switches, remotes, handles, toilets, sinks, bedside tables, kitchen and bathroom surfaces are disinfected.
Our commercial laundry service – the same laundry service used by most high-end hotels in Northern New Mexico – uses unscented, hypoallergenic detergent and extremely hot water. Sheets are lightly starched and ironed at 385 degrees.
Sanitize, gloves and masks are made available for guests.
