We have the total guests at 6 adults. If you wanted a couple kids to sleep on the couches that would be fine.

We allow pets and our policy is this:
It will be the renters responsibility to vacuum / clean up animal hair or we may deduct a portion of the damage deposit for the extra cleaning time.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE FURNITURE OR BEDS. CLEANING HAIR OFF THEM WILL DEDUCT FROM THE DEPOSIT.
We don’t have time to wash comforters multiple times between guests because the pet hair doesn’t come off after one washing as a rule.
We also ask that all droppings are picked up from the front yard and all areas mowed on the sides and back.
