It includes 1 Queen bed, a Twin bed in a separate room and a kitchenette for simple meal preparation (no stove/oven). Under the covered porch is a charcoal grill, table and chairs, with views overlooking downtown. The neighborhood is within walking distance to the Hot Springs, the river and many of Pagosa Springs’ favorite restaurants. The apartment is one of three rentals onsite, the others are a 2BR house and a 1BR studio, all attached, but with private entrances and outdoor living spaces. It’s possible to rent the whole property to accommodate up to 10 people.

Great stay
We had a great stay Everything was as described. Very clean and orderly and had everything that we needed for our three day stay. Would definitely recommend others and will definitely stay again on our neck trip to go to Springs.

Very nice Property Amazing view
The stay was amazing. Was able to see wildlife right up close the entire weekend. The view was amazing. Super easy to access the property. A very nice, cozy place for a weekend getaway
