RIVER FRONT HOUSE INSIDE THE COOSAWATTEE~RESORT

Located inside the Coosawattee River Resort, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage is perfect for a quick getaway! Roast marshmallows by the fire pit, relax to the sound of water cascading down by the lazy river, fish, kayak or go tubing!
The cottage is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, plates, stacked washer/dryer, bathroom towels (up to 4 guests), microwave, regular coffee machine, Keurig coffee machine, & propane grill.
DISCLAIMER: We are FULLY aware the cottage needs repairs and we try to get things fixed in between bookings. If something is not up to your standard, please send us a private email and let us know.
**If you have more guests with you, we STRONGLY recommend you bring extra towels as we only provide enough towels for up to 4 guests.

RESORT & AMENITY FEE: This cabin is located inside the Coosawattee River Resort, and requires a $60.00 Resort/Amenity fee for your entire party. This pays for your access into the gated community of Coosawattee River Resort Cabins which includes all 5 parks, access to the River, Picnic Area with Charcoal BBQ Grills, fishing pond (No License required) & Fenced in Doggy park, full access of all 3 pools. 2 Out door 1 indoor heated pool located at the Rec Center. The Rec Center offers: pool table, ping pong table, Video arcade room, Full Gym and Lockers. Tennis, Basketball, Mini golf, Swing Set area. You must register at the resort office to receive the pass. (Unfortunately this is a mandatory fee we are forced to charge and cannot remove it even if you don’t use the resort’s amenities.)
