The front door entry is located on the first floor, but because the condo is on a hill, the balcony is located one story above the ground overlooking Breckenridge. As you sit on the deck, you might see deer, fox and an occasional moose in the yard.
Unlike many mega-condo buildings in Breckenridge, this is a quiet condo with only six units in the building. No long corridors, waiting for elevators or hiking up/ down stairways to contend with!

Cozy and close to everything!
The condo was so cozy and has a spectacular view! It was a short walk from the free ride bus stop which takes you everywhere you need to go. John and Angela were extremely responsive to our questions! I highly recommend this place!E
