The condo is equipped with stackable washer and dryer, perfect for those extended stays in Destin. Outdoor balcony has a lounger, chairs and a table.

Pelican Beach Resort has 2 heated pools, one strictly outdoor (with waterfall) and an indoor/outdoor pool, a kiddie pool, kid zone(child care) sauna and a hot tub.
There is an extra large sun deck, great for tanning and socializing, located right next to the Tiki Hut, adjacent to the pool. In addition, there is a work out facility, game room, umbrella and chair rentals, tennis and basketball court, security at the entrance, covered parking, and a seasonal deli/restaurant/convenience store on site.
