Newly renovated in 2015, we took the beach house from the 50’s and brought it into the new century. Torn down to studs, everything is brand new with all of the great upgrades including quartzite counter-tops, all new appliances, new cabinets throughout, solid wood doors, cool flooring, awesome lighting fixtures, ETC.
My favorite place is the large covered deck overlooking the ocean. You can hear the sounds, smell the mist and enjoy the views of this one of a kind California Cove called Avila Beach. If you have been here before, you will not believe the transformation. Super clean and comfortable for up to 6 people.
We are only a few blocks from all of the Avila downtown action, yet we are still out of the crowds and commotion. Great for relaxing when you want to chill at the house, but still only a short walk to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, bars and ice cream shops.
We offer three off-street parking spots which is critical on most every weekend.
From the downstairs master bedroom there is a courtyard under the ocean side deck, ideal for relaxing and taking in a good read.
