Boardwalk/Bike path just 2 blocks from the house, enjoy walking, biking or rollerblading around Mission Bay, with easy access to Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. Sea World is just over the bridge and the location is centrally located for quick trips to the Zoo, Downtown, Balboa Park, Lego-Land, Safari Park, etc…
3 Bedrooms: King in one Bedroom, Queen in second bedroom and full size bed in the third bedroom.
Family Room: Large family room with open beam ceiling and wood burning fire place. Large leather European Style Queen size sleeper sofa. Family room opens up to a sun drenched patio with 4 burner Viking Grill and outdoor dining.
Kitchen: Kitchen has been remodeled with granite counters tops, gourmet cooking island with prep sink, newer appliances and a Bay window that overlooks the patio. The kitchen opens up to the family room for a great room feel.
Living room: Large sun filled living room, hard wood floors throughout, leather sofa bed, leather love seat, and leather chair with ottoman plus 42′ HDTV with expanded cable and DVR.
2 Bathrooms: Bathroom #1 has a Shower/Tub . Bathroom #2 has a Shower.
Patio: Saltillo tiled patio with large teak table and teak chairs, 4 Burner Viking Grill, dining al fresco and plenty of privacy. Professional Dart Board on Patio.

In January 2019 we replaced all of the windows and screens with energy efficient windows that block the suns heat. The new windows will keep the house cool and comfortable and prevent the house from over heating from the direct sunlight.

Great Beach House
This home is comfortable, spacious and was perfect for our extended family. The location is very convenient for anything you may want to do in San Diego. The backyard was a great place to bbq and hang out. The kitchen is very well equipped. Don't let the hide a beds deter you. They are very comfortable, and even our picky sleeper said it was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay
