Relaxing river retreat Perfect weekend away at the most beautiful White River. This cozy home and its view of the river was stunning. It had everything we needed and more. We all enjoyed our stay so much.

Lovely short stay! Very cozy and well maintained house. You do need to remember as with all old houses stairs are narrow and floors can be uneven especially on the upper floor but that is part of the charm!

Very relaxing Friends joined us for birthday celebration. Accommodations were clean, plenty of room, comfortable. We loved the huge screened in back porch. Would definitely stay here again. Had a question while there and the owner contacted me immediately.

Relaxing Beach Cottage Location 1 block off beach was fabulous. Beautiful bay walk. The cottage had all the utensils for breakfasts and lunches. Very clean.

Always love to stay Pam and Jimmy's place is so well stocked and wonderfully furnished. I have stayed many times and will be back.

Best SLO bungalow!! I always stay here when in SLO. Perfect location and pristine character home. I can walk to the heart of downtown in 5 minutes. It is just me but there is plenty of room for a family of 4. Although it is right in downtown, it is very quiet for me and I am very much a person who does not like noise!!

Nice Place, Needs work The location is awesome and the home could be special, however, there many issues that are hard to overlook. For example, there was very little water pressure. Because of this only 1 shower could be used and this shower leaked all over the floor. There was no hot water in the upstairs bathroom. Some of the plugs didn't work and other didn't have covers on them. There is a TV, but only has stations that a small antennae make available. The listing doesn't state it has internet, but there is literally no cell coverage either. Not the owners fault, but something that needs to be known if you have to work while your there.

Amazing Views We had great communication with owner prior to stay, and the house was clean and comfortable. The views from the living room and deck are as spectacular as the photos! We had daily visits from deer and foxes. A great place to come back to after visiting parks, Mendocino Botanical Gardens, and a lovely place to wake up to sea breezes.

Beautiful and Relaxing The Rosewood Lodge was such a beautiful and relaxing place to enjoy Christmas. Kelli thought of everything including all the beautiful Christmas decorations including a Christmas tree. Kelli was very helpful throughout the booking process, questions before arriving and during our stay. Definitely will be back. Our 15 and 17 daughters gave 5 stars!!!

Highly Organized and Professional Everything about this property was professional and well-organized. The booking process was smooth, and the host provided all the information I needed for a seamless stay.

Relaxing Getaway! My husband and I spent five nights here. Our only disappointment was leaving. It was such a wonderful, relaxing stay. The house could easily accommodate it few more people. Very clean and will stocked. The location was perfect - close to the beach with a lovely view We hope to stay again!
