Fantastic! My mother and I stayed here for a quite getaway. It was absolutely fantastic! The space immediately felt like home. The view is incredible and the garden is beautiful. We spent the week cooking, drinking wine and enjoying the space. 10/10, we hope to come back one day!

Ideal for Long-Term Stays I stayed here for an extended period, and it was perfect. The property had all the comforts of home, and the host went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend for long-term travelers!

Wonderful Property Wonderful location for the Muddy Pond activities. Very neat and clean, clear instructions and directions. Peaceful and secluded. Host is very helpful and responds quickly. Only remember to bring your fishing pole.

Great family home Very happy with our stay as we explored Zion National Park and Snow Canyon State Park! Property owner was very fast with communication. Home had everything we needed... and more (bathroom supplies, kitchen fully stocked, TV subscriptions, play area, fire pit, etc). Would absolutely rebook here

Amazing cabin It was beautiful! It was so nice to be unconnected from social media for the weekend! We got to sit on the porch, have coffee and watch the deer! The cabin was beautiful, plenty of room. We will definitely be back!!!

Amazing cabin with hot tub Fabulous view of the Cedar River! The hot tub was a treat with plenty of privacy and shade around the cabin. Lots of extras: canoes, kayaks, life jackets, charcoal grill, outdoor and indoor games, extra outlets for phone charging, extra floor fans, towels and blankets, Amazing!

Wonderful! The space was neat and clean and a great size for our family. Beautiful view of the reservoir and lovely patio! Andy was a great host and very responsive.

Amazing Property This home was more than described! It was so beautiful and in a nice, safe location. The amenities were very helpful, especially the laundry room with the starter of laundry detergent. We completely enjoyed our stay at this home.

Home Away From Home My family and I loved our stay in your beautiful home! The furnishings were very tasteful and comfortable. The layout of the house offered plenty of room for six adults and two very busy little boys. Lots of room to spread out inside and out. A true delight! Beautiful Escape This property was lovely! If you want to get away from it all, this is it! We loved being able to go fishing and kayaking right out the back door! The host was excellent and responsive!

Waterfront Home Away From Home The property was stunning as it is every year. My wife and I have made this a yearly tradition as we fell in love with the house on our first visit. Check in and out is easy and makes you feel like you’re visiting family, as the hosts have made us feel like we are an extension to their family. We spend time during low tide to search for sea glass, shells, and rocks. We were blessed this year to have friends join us for a few days of our vacation.

Breathtaking Views The views from this property were absolutely breathtaking! I spent hours just enjoying the scenery. The host ensured everything was perfect for my stay. Highly recommend to nature lovers!
